2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these clear options for US orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. 6. How do I know if the item will fit in my space? Every product page includes exact dimensions (width × depth × height) + weight. We strongly recommend measuring your room, doorways, hallways, stairs/elevator before ordering. Many items also have real customer photos and reviews showing actual scale — very helpful for visualizing fit.

7. Is assembly required for furniture?

  • Smaller items (pillows, vases, lamps, art, trays, candles) arrive ready to use.
  • Larger items (coffee tables, side tables, accent chairs, some sofas) usually require light assembly (tools are typically included). Clear step-by-step instructions are provided with each item.
